To return your jewel(s), please enter into our Returns center:

- If your purchase reference begins with SC001, OC1: inside Spain, please click on this link / outside Spain, please click on this link.

- If your purchase reference begins with SC002, OC2, SC005, PDPxxUK: please click on this link.

- If your purchase reference begins with PDP, GE: please click on this link.

Your request will be accepted within 24–48 hours. You will then receive all the instructions to follow by email.
