How can I start a return or exchange process?


Exchange or return* an online purchase

All orders placed from November 26th at 10pm, benefit from an extended return period until January 31st. Outside this period, you have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to request an exchange or return through the following link.

If you are unable to register your request, please get in touch with our Customer Care team by filling out this form.

Your request will be accepted within 24–48 hours, and you will receive all the instructions to follow by email.

Please note that personalized jewelry can only be returned in case of a manufacturing defect, and only after your request has been approved by our Customer Care team via this link.

*Please note that returns relate to sending items back, and should not be confused with refunds, which are a reimbursement.

Exchange or return an in-store purchase

You have 30 days from the purchase date to request an exchange or return except for personalized jewelry, fine jewelry, and special orders, which cannot be exchanged or returned.

Customers will have the option to request an exchange, voucher with no expiration date, or a refund for eligible items.

Simply visit any of our official stores in the country with the items and your purchase receipt, either printed or digital. Find our full list of stores through the following link.

These conditions may change during promotions such as Black Friday.

Please note that purchases made at Outlet stores can only be exchanged or returned at Outlet locations. Purchases made at El Corte Inglés, COIN, or Printemps must be returned to the same store where the purchase was made.

Likewise, jewelry purchased in franchised stores must be handled exclusively at the same franchised location where they were bought.
