I have a faulty piece, what can I do?
All our pieces come with a 3-year warranty, from the date of your order’s delivery, against any defects in our materials and workmanship.
According to the warranty, PDPAOLA will review manufacturing faults within a 3-year period.
To benefit from this warranty, please submit your request through our Warranty Centre:

Your request will be reviewed within 24–48 hours. You will then receive all the instructions and information by email.
