What is your exchange & return policy?

All orders placed from November 23rd, benefit from an extended return period until January 31st. Outside this period, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your order. All of our jewelry has a 3-year quality guarantee.

It is essential that the products to be returned are in perfect condition, without any obvious signs of use; if not, no return may be made. It is your responsibility to provide suitable packaging to ensure that the articles reach PDPAOLA in perfect condition.

If you are struggling to find suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process your return.

Products purchased during sales or promotion campaigns will be refunded according to the conditions of the campaign.

Jewels purchased on our website are not eligible for return at our physical stores.
