What are the available return* methods and costs?
We offer two easy ways to return your order:
- A courier will collect your package from the address you provide. This service has a cost of €4,95 per request, which will be deducted from your total refund.
- You can also return your package at one of our authorized drop-off locations. This option has a cost of €2,95 per request, which will be deducted from your total refund.
*The costs mentioned above do not apply to exchanges or voucher returns.
If you choose a voucher refund, drop-off option is free, and home pick-up costs €2.95.
You can select your preferred method and compensation when initiating your return through our portal.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Once your return has arrived at our facilities, we will process your refund within 72 hours.
Please note that it may take 7 to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.
During promotional periods of the year (for example Black Friday), refunds may take the form of a voucher.
*Please note that returns relate to sending items back, and should not be confused with refunds, which are a reimbursement.
