What warranty is offered with your jewels?

According to the warranty, PDPAOLA will replace* manufacturing faults within a 3-year period.

This warranty does not include insurance against physical or accidental wear, damage, nor the loss of the jewel or part of it.

The warranty applies exclusively to products manufactured by PDPAOLA and purchased through authorized selling channels.

*For warranty requests made after 30 days from the purchase, our quality team will evaluate the case, and if the conditions to proceed with the warranty are met, we will initiate the replacement of the jewelry or, if this is not possible, a gift card for the value of the damaged jewelry will be created.
