What is covered by the warranty?

Warranty Policy

All our jewelry pieces are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase, valid only for products manufactured by PDPAOLA and purchased through authorized sales channels.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as porosity or flaws in the metal, uneven stone settings, and breaks, scratches, or chips on stones detected upon receipt.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by daily wear, accidents, or misuse, including marks, dents, or scratches from regular use, discolouration due to contact with chemicals, cosmetics, swimming pools, hot tubs, or baths, deformed rings from practical activities or impacts, even if this results in stone loss, bent or worn prongs leading to stone loss, and broken chains, links, clasps, or earring posts due to wear or handling.

Please note that, as we work with natural materials, some pieces may present slight variations that are not considered defects.
