Can I have my PDPAOLA piece engraved, resized or repaired by a local jeweler?

All our products come with a 3-year warranty, from the date of your order’s delivery, against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship. According to this warranty, PDPAOLA will replace manufacturing faults.

Because we stand behind our designs and handcrafted pieces using premium materials and precious stones, any third-party or outside jeweler altering your jewelry will void your warranty with us.

PDPAOLA cannot accept rings for resizing. Please work with a local, trusted jeweler to resize your ring. And remember that resizing your purchased Fine Jewelry ring with a different jeweler voids your Warranty with us.
