During this promotional period, refunds may take the form of a gift card.

Shipping and Delivery information 

Our main goal during Black Friday & Cyber Monday is to maintain our usual preparation and delivery times. From November 23th until November 27th, the expected time it will take us to prepare your order will be up to 3 business days. Regarding the shipping of your order, some courier companies may have excess volume during this period and a few orders may suffer slight delivery delays. Every status update will be notified to you, and you will have access to all tracking information once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If your order hasn't been delivered in a reasonable amount of time, or you spot any transportation issues, please get in touch with our Customer service team for assistance.
