Important: customized products cannot be returned/exchanged. In case that an order containing engraved jewels arrives at our warehouse, it will be returned to the buyer and the shipping costs will be charged to him/her.
We offer 2 return options:
1- Leave the parcel at the nearest drop-off point of our delivery service (€5 will be deducted from the refund).
2- You can send the package on your own with the courier service you prefer (the shipping costs are at your own expense).
In which cases can I make a free of charge return or exchange?
1- If you make a partial return of the order.
2- If you are exchanging a jewel for the first time (first exchange free except for engraved jewels).
3- If you choose to exchange your jewel(s) for a Gift Card.
Which is the charge of a complete return of the order or an exchange for another item?
- Complete order return: we will subtract €5 from the amount to be refunded to cover the shipping cost if you use our courier.
- Item exchange: for each order PDPAOLA offers a first exchange without service fees. The following exchange request(s) will cost a total of €15 in Europe (shipping cost included).
- You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to request an exchange or a return.
- You will receive the refund through the same payment method used by purchasing. This refund can be made up to 30 days after receiving your parcel in our warehouse. Please note that the shipping costs of the original order are excluded from the amount to be refunded.
- PDPAOLA will not be responsible for any loss of the package during its shipment. It will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package arrives in our facilities in perfect conditions.
- In case the order contains promotional products, these must be returned if, due to the return, the order does not fulfil with the conditions of the promotion.
