I have received my parcel but there are missing jewels, what can I do?

Our jewelry is meticulously packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Occasionally, during transit, the jewels may shift from their intended position.

Have you thoroughly checked to ensure your missing piece of jewelry isn't concealed in any of the boxes or pouches within the parcel?

In case of a missing earring, please note that they are packaged in a small fabric pouch with two compartments, separated by a thin piece of cloth. Each compartment is designed to hold one earring, as shown in the image below.

After thoroughly reviewing your package, if you confirm that it arrived incomplete, please immediately reach out to our Customer Service department through this form, including clear photographs of the packaging and any jewel that was received, so we may swiftly assist you.
