Warranty requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date will be reviewed by our Quality team. Once all required evidence has been received, your case will be evaluated within 24 to 48 hours.

If your warranty is approved, we will proceed with a replacement of the jewel. If a replacement is not possible, a voucher for the value of the damaged piece will be issued.
