To make a return, please complete the form found in our “Returns center”. Your request will be accepted within 24 - 48 hours. You will then receive all the instructions to follow by email.
Europe
We offer 2 return options:
- Leave your package at your nearest UPS service point (additional 5€ fee which will be deducted from the refund total)
- Return by own means (client will be responsible for shipping costs). In this case, you will need to send your tracking number and / or proof of delivery to our Customer Service department (info@pdpaola.com)
In what cases can I obtain a free UPS service?
- If you request a partial return
- If you choose to exchange your jewel(s) for a Gift Card
Notes:
- The refund will be made through the same method and to the same account used in the original purchase.
- PDPAOLA will not be held liable for any damage the package may suffer during shipment, and it will be the client's responsibility to ensure that said package is returned to our facilities in perfect condition. We recommend that you use the original packaging of your initial order to return your jewelry.
Important: personalized products cannot be returned / refunded

You will be able to return your jewel(s) by your own means.

It is vital that you request authorization of the return of your jewel(s) before you send it / them back.
Your package must be received with prepaid Duties & Taxes. Contrary to this, your order will be automatically sent back to you and the refund will not be proceeded with.
